Zachary Cincotta is an Associate Discovery Counsel with Google LLC in Atlanta, engaged on several international regulatory inquiries and complex litigations.  He advises on all facets of the discovery process, including early case investigations and discovery strategy, protective orders and ESI protocols, and discovery motions and disputes.  Prior to joining Google, he was in private practice, advising clients in the entertainment industries on intellectual property and contract negotiation.  He is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law (J.D.) and the University of Georgia (B.A.).
