Chance Hodges is Legal Counsel – Privacy and Compliance for O’Reilly Auto Parts. He is responsible for all aspects of O’Reilly’s privacy program, including compliance with evolving state consumer privacy laws, management of consumer and employee data, adoption of data-gathering and processing technologies, and implementation of responsible AI use.  Chance split the sixteen years prior to joining O’Reilly between litigation, defending clients in the financial services industry, and in-house counsel for Ameriprise and U.S. Bank, handling transactional matters and advising clients on the intersection of privacy and marketing regulations.
