Jennifer is skilled in early case assessment, search term development and strategy, and the use of technology and AI-supported document review to help save clients money and secure early favorable results. Her eDiscovery work is grounded in more than 25 years as a litigator, and defending clients during government investigations before numerous state and federal agencies, giving her a practical understanding of how discovery strategy shapes case outcomes.
